I REPLIED BUT DIDN'T DO MY LJ CUT CORRECTLY SO I DELETED IT AND HERE'S THE CORRECTED ONE

Well, mtngoat has your previous post, but I don't. So, I'll just read it on her computer.

As for your questions:
1. Post pictures - I use www.photobucket.com. You can have either a free or paid account there. Once you upload a picture there, you can just cut and paste the TAG into your LJ post and the picture will automatically show up. Or you can create an Album in photobucket and then post a link to the album instead.

2. LJ Cuts (the bane of all beginners) - I'll give you the instructions here, and I'll also email you my LJ cheat sheet.

Just enter the following replacing the %'s with left and right <'s I can't put it here accurately, or it would just be a cut and you wouldn't see it.

%lj-cut text="enter what you want the cut to say"%

I'm going to put a cut in . So, if you get your replies sent to your email, you should be able to see the actual html code used for the lj cut. Also, just so you know, whatever you put into the cut as text will not appear on the opened page.

Have I confused you totally yet?

You've confused me a little, but I will try to figure it out when I have a little time. I'm concerned mtngoat is getting my entry but you are getting an error. Did I do something wrong?

I like snapfish. I'll send you an email - if you sign up for an account, your first 20 printed pictures are free and I also get credit for free pictures if you sign up through my email.

They have unlimited storage space and if you have them print your pictures, it's pretty cheap - about 12 cents a print. I've only found one other website that's as cheap (winkflash) but they don't give free prints out.

Flickr is free. I think you even have an account there. And they have a "blog this" link so you can republish directly to LJ.
